General philosophy

At times, the Beefeater In-Edit ticket sales system can appear complex. We’re sorry about that, but it’s the best way we’ve found to keep everyone happy. It’s important that you understand a couple of key points about our way of thinking:

1: Vouchers have priority. This is a film festival, and as such, we try to ensure that our most loyal audiences have advantages that go beyond the best prices. That’s why vouchers always have priority in being exchanged for tickets. Implementing this with our Internet vouchers and the Ticketmaster system has sparked the existence of a physical exchange in the box offices. 

2: Box Office availability. That’s not to say we forget our spontaneous customers, those who only fancy a specific session, or those who prefer to do business face to face. That’s why we assure you that a ticket coupon is reserved for each session that goes on sale on October 28^th, the official start of the Festival at our Box Office in Calle Muntaner.

How Tickets work

NEW: ONLINE TICKET SALES

The main important new addition to the ticket sales system is the opportunity to buy them through our website. You can buy vouchers, exchange them for the sessions of your choice and buy single tickets. There are just a couple of limitations with this purchasing method:

Tickets can only be purchased online until the day before the session. Same-day tickets must always be purchased from the Box Office.

As we must ensure a ticket quota for Ticketmaster vouchers and on-site ticket sales at the box office, the quota for online ticket sales is high but limited. If you haven’t managed to exchange a voucher in its entirety online, you can convert it into a “physical voucher” with the remaining tickets and exchange it at our Box Office in Calle Muntaner from October 25^th (13.00h). Remember that this process is irreversible, once the physical voucher has been printed with the remaining tickets; you can no longer exchange online.

VOUCHERS

These can be acquired in advance as well as during the days of the Festival. Remember that they do not permit direct entry to the cinema and must always be exchanged for tickets to the session of your choice.

Advanced sales of vouchers: from the first week of October until midnight on October 24^th. Voucher types:

1. Ticketmaster. This voucher is not exchangeable for tickets via the website.

2. Beefeater In-Edit Website. Once online purchase has been completed, this virtual voucher can be exchanged online for tickets to the sessions of your choice, via our website and throughout the entire Festival.  

3. Voucher sales during the Festival: from October 25^th, exclusively in our Box Office in Calle Muntaner

SINGLE TICKETS

Single tickets for any Festival session will be made available according to their sales system, as follows: 

1. Beefeater In-Edit Website (www.in-edit.beefeater.es): from October 27^th.

2. Box Office Calle Muntaner: from October 28^th.

Please remember that tickets are not sold at the cinema box offices. To enter the cinema, you must present the ticket you obtained in the Box Office in Calle Muntaner or the printed ticket you bought online.

Just incase we’ve got your knickers in a twist, here is a schematic, chronological summary of the sales system: 

First week of October: Advanced sales of Ticketmaster vouchers.

Second week of October: Sales of online vouchers and online ticket exchange.

October 24th. Last day to buy advanced vouchers.

October 25th. Vouchers go an sale and tickets can be exchanged at Central Box Office. Ticketmaster vouchers can be collected from the Box Office.

October 27^th. Single tickets go on sale online.

October 28^th. Single tickets go on sale at Box Office.
